Before we talk, I will have you fill out a questionnaire about your goals, past experiences, current fitness level, history of injuries, current medical considerations, equipment, personal life, etc.
We can meet in person if you're local to the Virginia-Maryland-D.C. area or we can talk on the phone. We'll go over your questionnaire responses, discuss my coaching philosophy, and get to know each other as humans.
If we both decide that we'd make a good team, you select the training program that you think best suites your needs, and we get started!
Using an online training system, I will upload your training schedule each week (Friday or Saturday before the week starts on Monday). Then, you get to work!
Depending on the training program you have selected, we will touch base periodically to see how things are going and if any changes need to be made.
